1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "35ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the website https://35ph.one, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform.
• "Platform" means the 35ph website, all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services accessible through https://35ph.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 35ph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 35ph Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means wagering using funds deposited into a 35ph Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or reward balances credited to an Account by 35ph that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which 35ph is licensed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required prior to withdrawal processing.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering an Account on 35ph, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are located in or are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines, or otherwise permitted under Philippine law to access the 35ph Platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 35ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are registering and using the Account solely for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 35ph Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming service through a self-exclusion programme.

Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the 35ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein. 35ph reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35ph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 35ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional security measure.

35ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access is your responsibility.

35ph may require additional identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. 35ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 35ph Account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15–30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

35ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any deposit received from an account that does not match your verified identity may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 35ph requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., SSS ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, or Philippine Passport) and a recent selfie. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalised.

Approved withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before the daily processing cut-off. 35ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing timelines.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games available on the 35ph Platform operate according to their respective published rules. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of physical game events conducted by qualified dealers in controlled studio environments. All 35ph game providers are certified under applicable PAGCOR standards.

The following general betting rules apply to all 35ph games:

• A bet is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. No cancellation of placed bets is possible after the betting window closes;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, table, and time;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance. 35ph will notify affected players where practicable;
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance immediately upon game round completion;
• 35ph reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings if there is reasonable evidence of systems error, software malfunction, or any form of manipulation.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of returns.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

35ph may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 35ph promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses that remain unused and unmet at the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation;
• 35ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Players who deposit using certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific promotions — details are set out in individual promotion terms.

Abuse of the 35ph bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering patterns designed to artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35ph Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise legally prohibited from participating in online gambling;
• Attempting to access or use another player's Account without their authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with any part of the 35ph Platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in any game offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the technical operation of the 35ph Platform, including distributed denial-of-service attacks or other forms of cyberattack;
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Attempting to exploit any error, bug, or malfunction in the Platform's software for financial gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

35ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 35ph Platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion if you are unable to do so through Account settings.

35ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of underage access pending identity verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 35ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, interface design, and data compilations, is the property of 35ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 35ph Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform;
• Remove or alter any intellectual property notices displayed on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 35ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 35ph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising in connection with your use of 35ph, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits 35ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The foregoing limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

35ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Risk management or AML compliance requirements.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Player, any balance held — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Verified real-money funds not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player upon completion of any applicable investigation, subject to KYC completion.

You may close your 35ph Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 35ph Platform, you agree to first contact 35ph customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 35ph will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of initial notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures. 35ph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution processes.

In the case of game disputes, the Platform's game logs and server records constitute the authoritative record of events and will be used to determine the outcome of any dispute relating to game results.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

14 Amendments

35ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered account address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 35ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
